I purchased an LG refrigerator from Home Depot over a year ago. The protection plan through Allstate was extra, but it covered filters for the air and filters for the water dispenser.. Proof of purchase is very simple a snapshot of the invoice uploaded to the Allstate website pretty much guarantee guarantees you results in less than 24 hours. There is no interaction between the customer and an Indian Call Center to leave you frustrated the process is seamless and incredibly simple to complete.
I filed a claim and it was handled in a timely manner. Keep all documenting for ease of filing.
The initial coordination was very good, but somehow the original check never arrived. Again, excellent coordination with a staff member lead to the check arrived as promised.
