I had 2 appliance go down within a week of each other. The tech came and fixed my refrigerator and found out that I was waiting on my other repair and he fixed them both that day.
Not complains at all about its wonderful service.

1. Claim on Vacuum bags, was told to bring all of them in because one bag was had a torn on it. I was definitely not unpacking all the bags for 1 bag. They could have just sent me 1 bag. 2. My 1-year-old window A/C was automatically going to 88 degrees randomly. I was told to pay for the repairs and they will reimburse me. The middle of the summer, first, its freaken hot and two, it is very hard to find a repair man to come out within a week. Most of the ones I called was two weeks out.
The technician made it easy to follow her instructions and explained what she was doing during the course of the session. She seemed very thorough and knowledgable. I would therefore highly recommend her.
