"Our Samsung tv picture quality was darkening and in need of repair. It was determined to be replaced with a comparable LG model. The customer service and technical reps were for the most part friendly, but at times difficult to understand because of heavy foreign accents. The delivery arrived as scheduled. SquareTrade advised us to inspect product and refuse acceptance if there was any damage. "It will be a week tomorrow and they still have to received my son’s computer for school. I expressed urgency in getting this matter expedited and was told they would overnight the box to mail the computer and I didn’t get it until 3 days later. Still have no computer "

"Hello, my TV needed to be repaired and Square Trade team identified parts for the repair. Unfortunately, only 1 of 2 parts needed was shipped and the part that was shipped was the wrong part. Thereafter, I received no contact from Square Trade to let me know new schedule for parts to be shipped out and the repair completed. I had to contact them to find out on my own. "
