"I was having battery issues. On the first call I was asked to do a hard reboot and given the impression that if it didn't work I was out of luck. After fuming for 3 weeks I called back and Anthony explained that if the reboot didn't work they were more than happy to repair my phone. I shipped it about 3pm using the postpaid label and had it back in less than 48 hours. Thank you SquareTrade. My experience in the past said you would do well, and I should have trusted you! "
"Computer wasn't repaired properly so had to take it to a local repair shop to finish the job. Then what square trade supposedly repaired stopped working within a week of the repair. Customer service representatives were very helpful but supervisor for customer repairs center was awful and not helpful at all."
