They refuse to help me because they are saying my appliance was over 30 days old when the warranty was sold. Whose fault was that?... not mine. They accepted my credit card and charged me months ago!! They could at least make things right, but are they NO! Why should I as a consumer pay for their mistake. They accepted the money and the contract! It's not like I forced them to accept my money. No integrity. "

"I don't always get the warranty with items because I feel like it is a waste of money but when I purchased a more high dollar item for my grandson I decided I would get it. It has been a year since my purchase and the motorized vehicle quit and we were unable to get it running even after purchasing a new battery. Well.... "Square Trade gave me the option of repairing the problem at a local repair shop, or sending it back to them. We went with the local shop, bad move, local shop is clueless. Call back ST they are taking care of it. Great customer service to bad more company's are not like these guys."
