"Had to pay for repair to only be told that it could not be repaired. Then had to fight with Square Trade to get the product replaced. UPDATE: SquareTrade contacted me and promised to a full refund of my deductible due to all the issues with this claim. I agreed to provide a more positive review if they did. Still waiting almost two weeks and no refund. One less star now. They will promise you anything to get a better review and rating. Key word here is "promise", not follow thru."

"Many negatives to include: (1) I had to front the repair money, (2) the $99 deductible (very high), (3) I had to find a machine to transfer a paper receipt to an electronic version for them. So far this transaction has NOT been friendly to me, actually it has been a very tedious process thus far for me, and it is not over. The repair is not done and I will have to find a machine again to change a paper receipt to an electronic version for them. For my next new phone I may not purchase a warranty from Square Trade."
