"They received my unit on Monday. Repaired on Tuesday prepared a shipping label on Wednesday morning. FedEx did not receive it until late Thursday. My tracking number said I would receive the package on Friday. Now tracking says it won't be till Monday. FedEx says the sender did not get the package to them in time to receive on Friday. Completely unacceptable. "

"I purchased my phone from. I best buy because coscto doesn't sell sprint. The same day I bought my phone I purchased my plan from the Costco. The coscto rep said I'll be covered. When I finally file a claim a year a day half later I'm denied. Not happy"
