"Beware, if you buy coverage from QVC, it may not cover anything, but they will happily take your money and let you think you are covered. Had I not filed a claim, I wouldn't have know my "warranty" was for nothing. It was purchased through QVC specifically for the items purchased through them. They took my money, then proceeded to tell me my warranty was purchased over the 30 day period since purchase. My question is, then why did you sell it to me? What did I purchase? Nothing. "I purchased the protection thinking if I dropped the phone it would be covered. No so. Very disappointing. "

"I purchased an office chair at staples for 200 dollars with an extra 30 for square trade insurance. The chair broke l, I filled a claim l six days later I had a full refund check."

"The good news is my phone is fixed and paid for. The bad news is it did not go a smoothly as it has in the past: 1) The call into Square Trade, The guy could not find my account, then could not comfirm that Gopher Mods was still a partner or not. Could not take my payment for the difference between the charges and the likely fee to repair. 2) I had to go to Apple instead of Gopher Mods which is ok but had to pay for the repairs then wait for a refund. The refund came within a few days but I do not deal with checks so now i ... read more

"your service is great when you can get to a real person! your automotive answering service 1-877-927-7258 is very bad. got stuck in a loop and had to call tech support at 1-877-758-4346 to get a person to file this claim. Took a lot of my time NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. "

"I bought the warranty for my new Powerbeats 3 headphones. They fell in the snow 6 weeks later and Square Trade denied the claim because I didn't have "Accidental Damage for Handling" (ADH) coverage. I was never offered this additional coverage and I thought that was precisely what Square Trade covered in the first place. They only extend your factory warranty after it has expired. Wouldn't have spent the money if I had known they didn't cover accidental damage. "

"Some problems were fixed, but my computer still freezes up from time to time. This causes me having to restart. He also installed malwarebytes, which I was told to use weekly. I always get a message to update it and that it is expired. Of course they want you to buy the update. However, he seem to do the best he could, taking lots of time. He did not insist on using another web browser, ie Google chrome, etc. "
