"I ordered a 43" Vizo T.V as my Christmas present and I not have not had the tv 3 weeks. My grandson was having an asthma attack and I was trying to hurry up and get his machine which was down on the floor next to the tv. I have an injured knee and as I was going for the machine my knee gave out and I fell. I was trying to grab the tv stand and pushed the tv off the stand and the screen cracked. "It took me 2 days to finally get in touch with someone that could find my policy for my Sony TV and another day to find someone (Roomi) that could help me file a claim! Once the claim was filed and the parts ordered and received I called the service department the repairman called me the next day (Friday) to set up an appointment for Monday. I was really disappointed in SquareTrade!!!!"

"The insured phone was stolen. Understand SquareTrade does not cover theft but it returned the premium to help with our loss. "
"I bought a square trade extended warranty and when I needed it ( surprise ) the manufacturer did not recognize it or accept it to be more specific. So then square trade sent me a shipping label for FedEx so they can fix it. Surprise I live out in the country and have no idea where a FedEx place is. YEAA! Things are going great."
