"Great Company! Great insurance product for electronics at half the price of verizon! My son's Samsung Galaxy S6 fell out of his pocket when he came back late one night. He didn't realize it and found it in the morning by his car. Unfortunately, it had rained. Square trade did not have a replacement phone in stock. They send us a check for the retail value of the phone in less than a week. "
"Was great getting my phone to them, but getting my phone back was a hassle! They wanted a signature for delivery, and wouldn't work with FedEx, to get my package to where I was at delivery time. I/we work during the day, and ended up having to travel to another city an hour away to pick my package up at the FedEx airport. Wasn't happy!"

I called the Canon company twice and even the representatives there could not help me. I called Square Trade 2 times (with a 3 week gap in between); on the 2nd call the representative processed the claim right away. I got the check within the week."

"I don't know if my laptop is repaired or not. There was not enough information given prior to the reseting of my laptop. I had nothing to judge it by since almost all of my programs are gone. I am slowing trying to get the drivers, etc. back. I hope to find out if the laptop is working properly. No one has contacted me and I was not able to communicate well with the last person I talked to share my concerns. I am not a tech; just an everyday person!"
