"They did as they promised sent me a replacement cell and all that was necessary to send back the old one. The only issue I had was that I decided at last minute to change my method of warranty service so I lost 2 days between waiting on emails and then to start a whole new claim process all over again a bit inconvenient. But other than that no real fuzz. "

Bought battery to replace (not too difficult), when removed Iphone screen assembly from main body, 3 screws fell out- they were for the clips that keep screen attached to phone chassis. Apparent lack of professional repair- who to blame? SqT blamed Apple (they supposedly do refurbs for SqT0 BUT SqT has it's own refurb .Dept.
