"The claim was denied on line. After calling the customer service number and waiting on hold for a long time 10 minutes or longer, a customer service agent did review and reverse the denied claim. A check was issued very quickly. "
"Yes, believe it or not as simple as wear and tear is included in the warranty. I had a desk chair ($90) for 34 months and suddenly the chair is not worrkng properly anymore. The lift feature does not lift anymore. Since I paid $10 for the warranty I called Square Trade and they simply sent me a check for the original anoint to replace it. No hassel at all. Thank you. "

"I probably should have given you a 3....for this reason. The rep tried to tell me I would be refunded $23.99 when I spent $29.99. He said it was because I could get it cheaper on Amazon. That is LOUSY and DECEITFUL! If I hadn't persisted and read straight from my contract what I was entitled to, I would have been hood winked. How many others do you do this to??????????????? Shame on you."
"Not please with the services from take too long to get my products replace.Not my fault that the products not working due to blackout in my area that caused all parts to be fried in my computer big loss for me and not getting for what I paid for warranty.Amazon should screen sellers to help with products when it fails to work. Thanks"
"In retrospect we would have had the old TV repaired. It had a better picture quality. The new TV came with a broken remote so we were not able to complete installation. The audio is not good on the replacement TV. Square trade representatives are difficult to work with and seem to take forever to make an appointment to get a technician to your home."
"My first and last use of square trade. It's been weeks still no check. My first claim went well. The second has been a disaster 4+hrs on hold no resolution."
