"My TV had warranty for 5 years but it lasted only 4 years. Square Trade were great to me. They try to fix the TV but the Technician was not able to fix the TV. Square Trade were able to replace it fast. The down side is My TV was 70' Sharp Smart TV with better quality picture and future, the replacement was low quality picture TV VIZIO brand with low grade images not to mention NOT SMART TV. Except the TV Good people Good service."

"The wonderful experience I had on the phone, and support getting the forms filled out, wad overshadowed by the fact that I have never received the announcement that the check is in the mail, nor the arrival of said check. I am very disappointed that the promised compensation never materialized! Too good to be true I guess."

"I was under the impression that SquareTrade was a great, reputable company but that has unfortunately not been the case. I bought my warranty at the same time I bought my phone from eBay. In fact, choose that particular phone because of the warranty ability. I had the phone just 2 months before the SIM card stopped working, the phone was dramatically overheating in normal use and SquareTrade determined I should send my phone in for repair. "Traded in phone. Am NOT SATISFIED w/replacement phone. Had to download extra apps to use apps already on phone. Had to reset 2xs to factory settings because it would still would not sync right w/contacts & would show message info & not message it's self. I was told by square trade it was a consumer cellular problem & was told by consumer cellular it was a square trade problem. Needless to say I received NO help from either party. I will NEVER use square trade again & am seriously dropping consumer cellular "

"We were told that if our computer was not repaired within the 2-5 day window that it would be replaced. Now we are being told they have no ETA because of a backordered part. So, who knows when we will get our computer back. Will never buy another computer from Costco with a SquareTrade warranty. We have been without the computer for two weeks....and now, who knows when we will get it. Who can afford to wait like this???"
