Fairly easy to submit claim. The only problem I had was the Sams account is not in my name. Had an issue getting the claim transferred to me
Resolved my claim with my portable air conditioner that stopped working and did not cool. Rep was going to have me take it too a repairman, but i did not like that idea as i am 70 and i bought the portable air conditioner because i cannot lift heavy objects. Also a repairman if i could find one could take a while and i did not want to have to pay him then wait to be paid back. So they emailed me a e gift card which i used to purchase another air conditioner and another allstate protection plan
The Managers were very friendly and understanding, they listened to me and solved my issue within a timely manner! I will continue to purchase my warranties knowing that I am covered if an accident happenes!!
