"I paid for a 3-year EXTENDED warranty. I do not understand why this should overlap with the manufacturer's warranty. The way that I figure it, I am only getting a 2-year extension from SquareTrade. Now I've had a problem with my HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer. I spoke with HP and was told that a replacement part would arrive in 2 days. Well, it has been 3 days and no part. "Complicated issue with a Vizio set that was purchased nearly 5 years ago at Costco. Began to develop intermittent picture problem that we captured on video and sent to Square Trade. Couple visits by service man did not resolve issue. After the most recent recurrence of the problem, with only a day remaining on the Square Trade warranty, we were told that we would receive a check to refund us for the original cost of the TV. We will always get Square Trade warranty on major electronic purchases."
"I was to get a mailing slip emailed to me but that didn't happen. I emailed they to see if they could email me a slip, but they want me to call them AGAIN. There goes another hour of my time."

"I called after my tv unexpeditely broke. They sent technician to attempt to fix. After he was unable to fix Squaretrade offered me a replacement tv. I accepted there offer on Friday afternoon, and by Sunday morning USPS was trying to deliver my new TV. I would highly recommend a square trade warranty. Thank you Squaretrade"
