"COULDNT HAVE GONE ANY WORSE!! This is the worst company I have ever purchased from!! Our plasma set 1 year old stopped powering on. Service was initiated through Squaretrade, parts received. Service tech showed up, lowered tv from stand by himself, offered to help, he declined. He picked up a 60 inch plasma, approx 80lbs by holding it at the top and lower corner of one end ( Samsungs manual instructs 2 or more to move as the screen can be easily damaged) removed and replaced one part, one part was not correct. "We have been very pleased with SquareTrade. We have warranties on our tablets and cell phones. Two of the tablets we owned had issues. SquareTrade helped us to send them in to the manufacturer for warranty service. When that didn't work, they sent us the refund on the devices after sending the devices to them. We would use SquareTrade again if the opportunity arises. "
"My item was unrepairable so I received an email stating they would reimburse me $149.99 and would receive in 7-10 business days. On the 6th day, I get another email with a different claim number stating my payment of $78.12 is being processed and will received in about 5 days. After calling the center, no one could tell me anything other than I would receive the lesser amount in about 5 more days. "

"HORRIBLE!!! They could not repair my Samsung Tablet and asked if I wanted a $499.99 check in the mail or an Amazon gift card. I said send me the check! Absolutely no for the gift card. Couple days later they sent me an email stating I would be receiving my gift card via email within 24 hours. I was furious and called them. They gave me the run around saying that's what I requested. "Had episodic problems with my Kindle not charging. Got frustrated and started a claim with Square Trade, then it started working again. Several months later the issues started again. Square Trade still had claim on file, so printed prepaid shipping label and shipped it off to be fixed. Shipping label had an old address, so called to try to verify that my Kindle would ship back to correct address. I was hung up on. "The worst insurance company!!!! I submitted a claim a week ago. I was told the phone was not in stock ( Galaxy S6) and I had to wait probably 1 or 2 days. It has been 7 days and I didn't hear from them. I called again and customer service told me that they don't have the phone, is too expensive to have it in stock and I have to bring it to repair shop 30 miles away!!! "
