"I submitted a claim and paid the deductible back in February 2015 and I still don't have my phone fixed. Squaretrade was suppose to provide me with a repair company; none on their list would accept the warranty. Squaretrade also stated they would get back to me on finding someone to perform the repairs, which they never did. The money I paid them even covers the repairs and I still cannot get them to perform their legal obligations listed in the contract we had. The four letter word of the day is SCAM."

"I have been trying to get a replacement phone for over two weeks already, but every time I call they give me a different excuse. They say my phone is out of stock and offer me a cheaper phone but since I declined they keep on telling me that they are going to send me a better phone but then they email me the next day and say that my phone is out of stock. Really how do you run a replacement business if you don't have the product that they agreed to replace. "

Two days later, a technician diagnosed over the phone and ordered motherboard. Another technician came over to the physical site to install motherboard on 9/17 and after spending about an hour on the printer, said this is not fixable and you would need another printer. "I purchased a polaroid tablet and after 2 months it wasn't working properly. Polaroid wanted to charge me $75 for the repair. I called square trade and their customer service was exceptional! I am so glad I purchased the square trade warranty. My device is already on its way, in about one week! !!!
