"My kid had filed a claim but this was my first. The technician was an hour late after I stayed waiting for him. I was told I had to remove tv from wall mount which I did. They did put it back. Parts were shipped to me and I started to install them myself since I had to do everything else. Just a matter of taking some screws loose and putting back. (They were confused whether they put the used part back or the new one) I could have done better myself. But I guess that's what a warranty is for plus it supplied the parts. "

"I had an issue with a Sandisk Clip MP3 player. I bought it from Amazon.com and the screen stopped working within a month. I had bought a Square Trade Policy for this since I work on a farm and things get damaged sometimes. After calling Square Trade, they told me to contact Sandisk for the warranty, but they wouldn't cover it. After I told Square Trade about Sandisks not helping, they replaced it almost instantly with no issues. Thanks Square Trade!!!!"
"My son was prepared for his test...turned on his calculator...white screen! It had totally malfunctioned. SquareTrade assured us he would have a replacement for his next exam. Even though it was still under the manufacturer warranty SquareTrade was willing to replace it. The manufacturer was going to take 3-4 weeks to send the replacement. SquareTrade delivered in 1-2 days. They were sensitive to our needs...empathetic to our situation...they promised...they delivered. Thank you SquareTrade."

"I was introduced to Square Trade when my daughter was required by her school to purchase a Chromebook. The second day of school she broke it by closing her locker door on it. I, fortunately, had purchased the Accidental Damage coverage through SquareTrade. I received a full refund and was able to purchase another Chromebook and another warranty.
