"I GOT A NEW SAMSUNG S 4 MINI BACK IN JULY, AND AT THE SAME TIME SquareTrade WARRANTY. FEW WEEK AGO PHONE SCREEN STOP WORKING. I CONTACT SquareTrade AND THEY SEND ME RETURN LABEL FOR PHONE REPAIR , . FEW DAY LATER THEY CALL ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NOT FIX MY PHONE AND I WILL GET A FULL CHECK FOR THE PRICE I PAY FOR MY SAMSUNG. 4 DAYS LATER I GOT A CHECK AND I BUY ANOTHER PHONE WITH ANOTHER WARRANTY WITH SquareTrade, VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! THANKS SquareTrade!!!!!!!"

"Just bought a computer and got the warrenty. They recorded it as a warranty for a shredder, which I had also purchased, but who gets a warranty for a shredder anyway!! I called and they said the receipt did not show the computer. They ask me to call the store and have them send a new receipt. The store manager told me everything was taken care of. I never received an email with the corrected warranty info so I checked my account and it only showed a cancelled warranty for a shredder!!! I called SquareTrade again, and emaile... read more

"I have had the worst experience of my life with a warranty company through squaretrade. Not only have I been out of a laptop for over 2 months, but this last time they didn't even replace what I was having an issue with. I was having issues with my video card crashing during gameplay and what did they do? Replaced my motherboard. Just got my laptop back a few days ago and I redownloaded my most played game and what do you know, video card crashes and the exact same problem occurs. I'm extremely upset. "The computer I purchased through Staples and added Square Trade to was purchased in April of 2014. This Dec the keyboard was coming apart. I called Square Trade gave them some information, they sent me a fax cover sheet. The sheet was filled out the same day and returned with the information required. They sent a box out via FedEx the next day I filled it and sent with the information needed the same day. "The worst company I have ever dealt with. It took over 30 days to get a refund check for my battery, and 5 phone calls to customer service. They lied about having a supervisor calling me back about my lack of service, I never got a call form a supervisor. They told me my check was issued and mailed on Dec 11th, when I got the check it was issued and sent on the 12th, again more lies about what they were doing to resolve my claim. "Just got off the phone with Squaretrade. They replaced my Galaxy S4 last month. Today the front glass started coming off. Poor replacement. They will have it fixed, I had to argue to get the deductable waived, and yet they subtract one claim from my account. For their poor product? NEVER use tgis plan. Itis a rippoff."

"NOT SURE IF SQUARETRADE WILL LET ME POST THIS...I had a TERRIBLE experience! Their terms and conditions talked about replacement and repair, but when my daughter cracked the screen on her new $250 Dell laptop, they only wanted me to return the laptop and get reimbursed the $250. Well, the prices have gone up, and the replacement screen was only $55 from Amazon. I had to argue and plead, but they finally reimbursed me for the screen. READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY! Know what you are getting!"

"At first they refused to pay for the warrantied item, I had to call the place of purchase. Then I had to return the printer to get the refund check which was fine but they put down the wrong address. So I called to correct the address and they said it would be issued in 7-10 business days. its now been 13 days and no check. So.. I again called and they informed me it was sent to my pay pal account, well, I checked and NO it was not there either! Still waiting to find out where my coverage check is. Bad Experience! "I think this is the worst company . look at the reviews on BBB the last 2/3 months they have screwed multiple customers including my self . ive waited over amoth for my claim and called 6 times since november 25th 2014 only answers i get are wait wait wait . still waiting never a call back the extention they give you is fake . and this company gives you the complete run around ...ps im still waiting havent had my Laptop since 13th of November with no resolution !!!!!!!"
