"Bought Sceptre LCD tv 2 years back from Tigerdirect and they offered discounted package for 3 years from squaretrade. I was skeptical if they are like insurance company but recently when I filed claim for TV, they just refunded entire purchase price with very minimal paper work. No questions asked, not even asked to return TV. Excellent customer service and all done in a day. we went ahead purchased coverage for two more items this week. "
"I have bought these types warranties for years from different places only to be told we don't cover X or Y if and when the item broke. Since most items today are cheap I usually don't buy these warranties. When I did buy computers I bought the Best Buy warranty or Square Trade. Since I figured cheaper than having to buy a new item. "I had forgotten that we purchased the warranty on our new camera and was disappointed when it broke. We just didn't have to money to replace it. Then, skimming through some papers, I noticed the Square Trade paperwork. I called your office and soon had a FedEx shipping label in my email box. Dropped the camera in the FedEx box on Thursday and got the PayPal refund on Friday! I couldn't believe how fast your processed my request. Thanks for a great experience."
"Worst place ever to get your warranty! They do not fix your product like they say they will do and they will send back a broken phone and say they cannot fix it. Everyone at the call center is very unpolite and have a foreign accent so it is hard to understand them. I'm still fighting for my refund and I have taken them to the bbb twice now! Do not go here! "

"My expectation was that Square Trade would handle any claims and issues with the product. After my product was defective they basically routed me to the manufacturer to cover the warranty. They take the money and push the responsibility to the company. What a rip off!! In my opinion they do nothing of value. I guess you don't know your coverage until you need it. Another insurance company that offer no insurance. "

"I was skeptical when I bought my "Drop and Spill Insurance" on my new little computer. I have NEVER dropped a computer or spilled anything on one. EVER! "My phone stopped working sometime during the night of November 16th 2014. I attempted to file a claim online the 17th and was told I did not have any warranty for my phone. I waited a few days thinking maybe it would just take a bit to have my warranty information uploaded. The evening of the 18th I called and spent several hours attempting to file a claim.
