"I have been dealing with a broken phone for weeks. First they couldn't find my warranty then they sent me two refurbished phones both did not work properly. 3 weeks later I am still with a broken phone. Very fustrated. It seems no one reads notes and doesn't care what previous reps had promised."

"I sent in a phone to be repaired at the end of October 2014. The reapir took 7 business days and was not completed correctly. The front facing camera was not working. When I called to let them know, they put in another work order. This time, they were unable to email me a shipping label. It took a week for them to send a standard FedEx box. SquareTrade emailed me saying they received the phone. A week later another email came that said they received the phone. "Tremendously easy. Waited less than a minute for a representative, he confirmed my warranty, emailed me a prepaid packing slip, and I had my full refund the same day I shipped my product. Used that refund to buy a new version of my damaged product, and definitely made sure to buy a new SquareTrade warranty!"

"I purchased a chartplotter one year ago aand was wise enough to purchase a SquareTrade warranty. It died after one year and SquareTrade approved repair at a service provider of MY choice. When I contacted the most recommended service provider I found to my dismay that the item could not be repaired due to unavailability of parts. By chance a working used unit became available on EBAY. "Nov 23: Requested a call back. Rep called and was put on hold for 10 mins then asked the same questions again, put on hold for another 10 mins and then disconnected. Nov 24: Called Square Trade myself to find out a claim was made so I was able to provide my card number to charge for the deductible and was told phone would arrive the following day, Tuesday, and that I should receive an email with tracking #. "Excellent service! I sent in a broken tablet and was told it couldn't be repaired in just a couple days. A refund was mailed the next day."

"Dissapointed pay warranty get BS can't do it because this was gift from my husband and he's only authorized to file a claim. Sorry he's not here what now? After a while I sent it to get it repaired. I little hassle but at the end they did a great job and fast. So thank you . This time warranty was not a bad idea"

"Everything went very smoothly. Entered the claim via their website, received email with FedEx label for return of item. On returning item received another email with code for Amazon credit, which was the method of payment I chose. All in a matter of several days. "

"I have always gotten the Square Trade warranty on my electronic products but never used it until a week ago when I broke the screen on my iPhone 6 plus. I called to advise that I broke the screen and had taken it to the local Apple Store for repair. The customer rep on the phone was so helpful and friendly I didn't think it was real and that I would surely run into a problem later but boy was I wrong! I will forever purchase a Square Trade warranty and will tell and sell it to family and friends. "
