"They were fairly easy to work with, but made no effort to fix or replace my damaged phone. They said they couldn't get it. But I went to the local ATT store and purchased the exact phone with no problem. Rather they sent me a check requiring me to go out and purchase a new phone myself. Also they would not tell me whether or not my new phone was covered under my old policy which was less then 1 month old. Also it is fairly confusing, I purchased two policies and it shows two but both with the same serial number."

"It was very easy and pleasant to get warranty service from this company. I Bought a slingbox solo and within 3 months it overheated and died on me. Im so glad I spend the $16 to get this protection plan. I called, they mailed me a prepaid UPS label and I send back my faulty device to them. Within a day I had an amazon gift card code emailed to me with an additional 5% on top of the purchase. Couldnt be a happier customer. "This company do not honour their obligations brought tablet from ebay tried to make a claim because I ACCIDENTLY DROPPED IT they say I am not covered by accident which I dispute so I intend to take my policy to trading standards if they cant help I intend to take other advise and take this company to small claims court. They had the cheek to offer me the money I paid for the warranty back"

"Awful service. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone trying to find out why one site had a warranty for the item I wanted yet when I put it into their site it showed it was not warrantied. Called and spent 20 minutes finding out they could b ut then kept getting put on hold to find an applicable warranty number to go buy and she just left me hanging on perpetual hold. "It has become impossible to register my warranty with them, because they refuse to let me activate it with an email account of my choice! I had no idea that the ONLY WAY to activate this warranty will be via the email id I used for ebay account creation, an email that is NO LONGER OPERATIONAL. I have contacted them repeatedly, they refuse to co-operate. UPDATE: After numerous emails and a call, they were able to resolve the issue. Be careful when buying through ebay."

"Great service, they don't mess around our tablet was collected by a courier who bought with her a thick plastic box lined with foam with cut outs for both the tablet and changer to be placed it was sealed and taken. In a couple of days we recieved a phone call saying it had been repaired and the fault and telling us when it would be delivered. When it came they also sent us a report of the work that had been carried out. Can't really fault then, Five star customer service."
