"When I purchased my Blu-Ray player just under a year ago, I included the SquareTrade extended warranty protection, although not thinking I would ever use it. Glad I did! I recently filed a claim for damages to my device. I frankly was surprised with the excellent customer service received and the personal attention the customer representative gave. I will insist on future purchases that the retailer add a SquareTrade warranty to my purchase. "
"Modern Electronics need modern/innovative coverage for failures. Most manufacturers don't cover the items they make long enough. Square Trade will cover them all. If it breaks, file a claim and they will fix it quickly or refund your purchase price. Absolutely that easy and quick repayment on all purchases. Nothing I buy goes without a warranty from Square Trade. "
"I just need to share how awesome SquareTrade is as a 3rd party extended warranty company. I bought a router last year on eBay and got the SquareTrade warranty. One year later, it started having issues. I filed a incident report Saturday night. Sunday, I got a UPS label in my inbox and shipped it off Monday to SquareTrade. Less than 12 hours later, I got a PayPal reimbursement for the full amount covered. Awesome!"
"Easy to register the Samsung Tracfone I purchased on QVC, however, the Samsung Model #S390 which I purchased does not appear on the SquareTrade listing for model numbers. Samsung doesn't list it as a model number either, so I can't exactly blame SquareTrade. I just hope that the phone I purchased is covered if there are any service issues! Thanks!"
"You can count on SQ to pick up the ball and score the touchdown. The service center that was assigned to fix my PC ever never found a tech to come out and fix it. They even sent overnight the parts which collected dust while waiting on a tech to be assigned. Day 6 I finally called SQ back and advised them of the issue I was placed on hold while the rep looked into the issue. The rep soon was back on the line with the offer of a full reimbursement of the PC and a refund on the price of the care plan. In 2 days I had my money... read more
