"Printer I bought on ebay started not feeding paper. Contacted Square Trade Warranties via their web site. 48 hours later I had instructions on how to return the printer to SquareTrade. They not only sent instructions they emailed a shipping label for return via UPS at no cost. As requested by SquareTrade I sent them a email to let them know I had turned the package over to UPS. "Buyer beware! If you purchased your product on EBay there is a 45 day waiting period that is not disclosed until after you purchase the warranty, unless you go looking for it. Here's an update, after being contacted by Square Trade they still don't get it, well at least I don't think so. The problem is they keep telling me that it is clearly stated in the conformation email that there is a 45 day waiting period (my item was new in box from a retailer) for items purchased on Ebay. "A true Warranty Horror Story: When my computer had trouble, SquareTrade asked for photos -- I sent them in within 12 hours of the request but NEVER HEARD BACK! After a week, I called and spoke with a new representative (not the original person, who had stopped responding to my emails), who tried to refuse my claim, as if by second nature.
