I contacted squaretrade and less then a week I had my money back!!!! Office Max warranty was way over priced 150 to cover a tablet that cost 250 half the price really no sale for them jokers!! "
"did not take care of my problem.They said they couldn't do anything. I dont recommend anyone buying this warranty their customer service sucks they took 30 minutes to answer just to tell me that my item was being sent back and that they couldn't do a thing for me. "

"I am very disappointed and frustrated with your customer service. I ordered the 4 yr warranty on Aug 21, 2012. The TV arrived on Sept 4. On Sept 7, I contacted TigerDirect which I ordered the warranty from and after 25 minutes waiting, all the agent would tell me is when I placed the order, it should have been sent to me in 7-10 business days and the Phone number to contact Square Trade. "I had a problem with my Ipad. I called and they arranged for it to be repaired. 10 days later I got the ipad back and the problem continued and I had no explanation as to what caused the problem. I sent it back a second time and it took longer to get back. The problem continued and I called SquareTrade and was told to send it in a third time. "I have never had an easier transaction with a waranty company, the first time the Zpad broke they directed me to the correct person to speak with on the manf. waranty and it got fixed, then a month later the screen was cracked (12 year old grandchild had no idea how that happened) i purchased a waranty from squaretrade when it was purchased to cover everything they told me it would cost more than i paid for the zpad to fix so they sent me the full amount i paid for the zpad no questions asked, i will never buy any electroni... read more
