"Lukewarm and freezing cold with Squaretrade. While I am happy that they make it easier for us to file a claim and they supply the shipping return label but I am not happy that on 6.26.12 my claim on my laptop was approved and here it is 7.3.12 and I still don't have the funds in my Paypal account. "Awful. Company does not even answer their phones. Tried to reach their marketing department to do business with them and was told you cannot reach them and have to send an e-mail. Sent an e-mail and never heard back from them. I am not sure with this approach and the attitude of their phone operator how they service their clients."
"I had the best experience ever with etrade. I bought mint floor clear from amazon almost two years ago with etrade 2 year warrenty. Good thing, my mint broke.
