"Recommend Square Trade. Called them when my printer appeared to have died. Service agent was very helpful. Had me try just one thing to verify demise of unit. After that it was as simple as an email there, a response here and walla I had a refund voucher waiting in my email. I will all ways buy my warranties from Square Trade."

"Right now I'd give my experience a 4 star out of 5 as far as being satisfied. I chose to take my refund for a broken electronics item as an Amazon Gift card because of the incentive. I would really like to replace the broken item ASAP but I am still waiting for the gift card after phone calls to customer service after 5 days."

"My washer broke down, submitted a claim online. They sent a service tech and since the cost to repair were expensive (burnt pump), they refunded the washer price instead. The whole thing was resolved quite quickly and efficiently. I buy SquareTrade warranty on all of my appliances."

"SquareTrade is the best! My headphones broke due to normal wear and tear and when the manufacturer refused to fulfill their warranty SquareTrade stepped in and refunded me the entire value of the headphones when I bought them! What a HUGE help! Their warranties are so much cheaper than normal retailer's extra warranties plus they actually do what they promise they will do with no hassles or fine print crap. I will only buy SquareTrade from now on!"

"Beware!!!! They DO NOT cover items bought off Craigs List! I bought a new phone off Craigs List 6 months ago and now I needed to file a claim and they said no and just refunded me my warranty."

"I purchased a three year warranty on a laptop using the iphone application two years ago, I payed in full with paypal and took a picture of my receipt and sent it along. I then received an email indicating that my account everything was complete in the event that I needed to warranty my laptop. Two years later, when I need to have some minor things repaired there is no record of my receipt on file. Not a big deal because I kept my receipt and resubmitted it. "My first generation Ipad stopped working. I sent it in with the prepaid UPS label and 6 days later I have a check for my original purchase price of $699.00! No hassles, no trying to get out of it by SquareTrade. They actually do what they say they will! Thanks SquareTrade! "

"Not sure how SquareTrade has gotten such high reviews. This claims process has been incredibly slow and stressful. I sent my broken product out 2 weeks ago and still have not received my payment. I've had to call every time to get them to update something. I had to call because they had my product for a week and still hadn't looked at it, so they finally did.
