"This is my second Square Trade warranty and the second they've paid off on. A few years ago I had a NetGear router which went belly up after a year or two - SquareTrade paid me back full price. I then bought a refurbished Cisco Linksys router in December, 2010 and it just died a few days ago. I notified SquareTrade and they sent me a call tag. I'm sure that before the router could possibly have gotten to SquareTrade, they initiated a full refund. Now I'm going for number 3! If I were SquareTrade, I wouldn't do it!"

"Received my check today, was quick. But the guy on the phone did not give me a "direct deposit" option so it took longer to receive the warranty money"

"Great people at Square Trade, almost too good to be true you know that? I do 1st-hand, this being my 3rd filing of a successful Square Trade warranty claim, and against some pretty high-end items also, no less! You can count on a couple things when you file a claim, if you persist and do your job as the (constructively so) consumer who got wronged by a so-called "reputable product" and merchant with a good history here at Amazon.com., or other places on the internet too. "When my item broke I contacted square trade and it was less then 24 hours and some one connected me and two days later and I had a check. When I order my new camera I will get a square trade warranty."

"If you're thinking about whether it's worth buying an extended warranty, I would say a resounding: YES!!! I bought a warranty on a new Dell desktop computer for three years of coverage. "I have been purchasing warranties from Square Trade for years. Recently I had issue with a phone. I filed the claim on the Square Trade's website (very easy to complete) and less than a day later I had a onfirmation to return the phone for a full refund. They even paid for the shipping. I have had other warranties in which you have to jump through hoops speak to several different people and before you know it you give up because its simply not worth your time. "I bought a product the manufacturer would not warranty the product after only 4 months of ownership! I had an extended warranty thru Square Trade I called them, they went thru there check list in 10 minutes they were telling me they would refund my money for the entire purchase! I was shocked and delighted all at the same time. I chose to received the check in the mail, I am waiting to receive. I could not have had a better experience with Square Trade and recommened they highly"
