"I recently cracked the housing on my Kindle 2, purchased in 3/2009 for $359. The item had been replaced under warranty by SquareTrade in Feb, 2011 - $159 was applied against my warranty at that time. This time, based on the amount of damage to the unit (caused by a fall), I was offered either a check for $200 or an Amazon gift certificate for $210 (a 5% premium). "SquareTrade is the only place I will ever purchase a warranty from. When you put in a claim, it will be resolved rapidly with exceptional customer service. Why would you pay more for a warranty from the store or go without a warrant for an item purchased on eBay?"

"I bought 2 tablets for my kids for Christmas and decided to spend the extra money and get the accidental drops and spills warranty through Square Trade. "Square Trade is wonderful and nice company. 2 years ago I bought a dehumidifier that had no factory warranty. So I bought Square Trade Warranty for $29.99. Form last year it was not working. I tried to fix it,but it was not easy and I forgot I have Square Trade warranty. While I organized my Email. I found that I bought warranty. And i claim to Square Trade for it, Just one time calling they sent me $213.00 check!!! Thanks to Square Trade"
