"This is the 6th warranty that I've purchased. I have made two claims during this time. One item was repaired after we sent it in. The other we had a tech fix and we're still waiting for the check to reimburse to arrive. It hasn't been too awfully long yet so I'll have to say so far I've enjoyed doing business with this company and the prices are good."

"I have been using squaretrade for several years now and must say overall I'm very happy with the company. In fact, I bought 2 new warranties this morning to cover those electronic Holiday gifts! Unfortunately, while conducting my squaretrade business this morning I discovered that squaretrade no longer covers xboxes purached on ebay. Bummer! "The power outlet on my iPod dock broke. I contacted square trade and they told me to contact the manufacturer because it was still under warranty, but if they couldnt help me to call them back. I provided the purchase receipt and info to ALtec Lansing and they were so Difficult to deal with, that wasn't enough for them, and they took 1 month-literally, to respond to me and after I sent them an email telling them I wasn't going to pay them to replace a part that shouldn't of broke they never responded. "They warranty was relatively cheap especially when compared to other warranties offered by other companies. I needed to make the warranty claim a few months after I had purchased and installed the product. Filing the claim was painless and I had a refund for the amount I paid within a week. I am now purchasing the same item from ebay and I will purchase another square trade warranty. The item is a Rockford car amplifier."

"Square Trade provided me with outstanding customer service. I bought a LG Home Theater set and got the Square Trade warranty. After 360 days the receiver broke. I call Square Trade and they told me to call LG Customer Service personnel. LG told me that it would be $65 service call. I found out that the mfg warranty was 90 days parts and labor and it was 1 year for parts. I thought I was screwed. "I got a 2 year warranty with ADH (accidental damage from handling), and when I had ADH, they didn't help me. They declined my claim instantly, they are completely useless. I cancelled my warranty and got a refund. I also cancelled the other 3 warranties I had with them since I figured they are useless. In total I received about $200 in refunds compared to a fix that they could've done for under $40. Terrible company, I do not recommend them at all."

"SquareTrade covered the cost of a replacement computer for the refurbished Dell PC I purchased on eBay. Unfortunately the computer power supply failed but was covered as promised. I highly recommend SquareTrade for all your electronic purchases."

"I recommend anyone buying anything electronic that Square Trade will warranty to BUY the warranty! I bought an Apple dual G5 desktop that one of the components went bad 3 months after I bought it and they reimbursed me for the entire purchase within minutes of placing my first call with them. I didn't think that kind of service existed these days! So impressed, I will never go without buying a warranty ever again if they offer it for my purchases!"
