"SquareTrade has been GREAT to deal with. We have purchased 4 warranties to date, and unfortunately two of the used computers bought on ebay failed. Each time SquareTrade's very helpful staff quickly put my claims through and paid me the purchase price in an AMAZING two days! No red tape! No excuses! Just "here's your money, try again!" For such a low cost it is silly not to get their warranty. "

"First only claim. WILL NEVER AGAIN BUT A WARRANTY FROM SQUARETRADE! Terrible experience. TV repair company assigned played 20 questions for 4 days. I have no idea when I might get my TV repaired. I cancelled the other six warranties so I don't have to get aggravated with the substandard service."

"Overall good experience. Slight trouble after filing claim - system "assumed" product was under warranty and informed me that I should pursue Manufacturer's coverage of warranty... SO - the SquareTrade coverage isn't really helpful at all until manufacturer coverage is done. In my case, the manufacturer went out of business so SquareTrade covered it."
"I bought a used vacuum on eBay almost 2 years ago and it started to die just before the (2 year) SquareTrade warranty was about to expire. I put in a claim and had to make one requested phone call, fill out a form and e-mail a copy to them to them, but they handled the claim as usual, quickly and courteously. This is the second claim I had with them and I am completely satisfied. I get a SquareTrade warranty for anything I buy that they will cover."

"I am very impressed at the way Square Trade processes warranty claims. The customer service is excellent. I had an Internet Radio that was defective and within 20 minutes of contacting them they emailed me a prepaid shipping label to send back the radio to them. Then right when I mailed the radio to them they refunded me the full cost - plus an additional 5% - in the form of an Amazon.com gift card - only 5 hours after mailing the radio.
