Phone communication was fine and accomodating but I felt the decision making and repair analysis time was a little slow. Still the issue was taken care of eventually.

I am very pleased with everything about American Home Shield. I changed over to them about 3 years ago because I was unhappy with my former company that I had had since I bought my house in 1993. AHS makes everything easy and every Pro they have sent I have been extremely happy with. I have had to call them about my washer, my dryer and just recently, the drain in my bathroom sink was clogged at a point that my boyfriend was not able to get to it.
