Submitting online helpful. Contractor response great. Final decision from american homeshield regarding hot water heater replacement very poor. Full week and not a word. Having to relight pilot light 2 to 4 times daily to get a small portion of hot water
My pilot light on my water heater went out and I didn't know how to relight it. Mike the Plumber came over after an already long day at work and took care of it. He was polite and professional and explained everything about how it gets relit. I appreciated that. Thank you
