We had an air-conditioning problem and the company called very very quickly to set an appointment with us. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, quickly assess the problem and ordered the part. The part came much quicker than I expected it to, the company called us, and came out and replaced it very quickly. The service man did an excellent job.

Every time I’ve had to call HOME shield warranty. My issues were solved. Immediately. The staff and the service people are great! Everything was taken care of above and beyond. I highly recommend this warranty for every homeowner.
