The tech dispatched on this call was from the Houston Air Comfort company and was very professional and capable. He listened to my explanation of the sporadic problems we were having with our two heater units. He clearly explained what he thought the situation was and it matched with with some of my own research via the ChatGPT AI app. He then proceeded to clean off the flame detectors/thermocouples. That apparently solved the problems with the two heaters.

My refrigerator broke down and was past the time when it could be fixed (per the Service and Staff at AHS). The staff at AHS gave me an amazing option to purchase a new refrigerator which I did, and my portion of the offer was extremely fair and I accepted and was able to purchase a new refrigerator at minimal cost to me.
