The process of filing a claim is very simple. The response time was good, but it took a week to get a service technician to home, and another two weeks to receive the replacement dishwasher. The technicians installing the dishwasher did not clean up after themselves as others have done. We are pleased with the overall process but would like to see improvement in response time.

There's a lot of stuff that you don't cover that you should, especially considering I have to pay such a high price just to schedule a service call and the ever-increasing monthly fees.
