American Home Shield provides outstanding customer service and is always there to help me save money on my HVAC and appliance repairs and utility bills. Also, AHS has a great home warranty and it replaced my HAVC, hot water heater, and ceiling fan with good quality products when they couldn't be repaired.
Easy to submit a request. I liked that they sent me a “DIY” video to try to repair without a service call.
Very fast service and a great quality repair service.
I have no complaints. I like the idea that every some often the company seems to grow with more partners for repairs
We have had trouble with getting contractors assigned to our projects. Great service from contractors we have had out.
At times it’s incredibly hard to get someone on the phone to speak to. I’ve had issues where it’s difficult to get a technician or technician does not show up to preform work.
One particular issue we had repeat 4 times in a year but they would not replace the appliance. So we were stuck in an endless loop of same fix for temporary time, same breakage, repeat service fee.
I like the process however, I did tell the agent about my dishwasher -the fact that I have Multiple Sclerosis and when I turned , I fell into the dishwasher causing the door to be damaged. The agent knew at the time when. Su m supervisor spoke the repair person and told him that the company does not pay for someone can z?!
Response was good. In one case it took a very long time to get the parts. Galloway Plumbing and Appliance in Paducah, Ky, was extremely responsive!
