Service was prompt and the service rep. was very professional. He even had an APP on his phone that translated his native tongue to English so I would be sure to understand what he did for the repair. Very nice feature!

Not once has American Home Shield offered to replace an appliance as stated in your ads you just continually send someone to try to repair it

I don't think I should pay more than I'm already paying on the monthly basis when something breaks down you all need to pay not the customer more than he's already paying and I mean on a monthly basis and the service fee that's all the customer should pay!
