We love the service, someone is assigned to our requests quickly. We've had very good service for most of our appliances. The only problem was pool repair, we had a leak in our pool heater, the contract stated it would cover it but they wouldn't after several attempts and reviewing the contract with them. The support person (a manager) could only say they were told it wouldn't be supported, could not explain why that was opposite of what the contract clearly stated. I could have sued them over this.

very easy application to schedule repairs. Great tech's doing the service. Has been a great help to me this year. I had two plumbing issues both handled quickly. Just had issue with my free-standing range. Has to be replaced. I really like how the replacement options were presented. I have a new range hopefully coming 2/02/2025. No cost to me. So thankful for the warranty program this year.

The monthly price keeps going up and your core services do not change. The add ons that you try to help account for the price increase do not help.

ASH makes setting up a claim a breeze. Their representatives are professional and courteous. They are also quick to send out repair teams that are experienced in their field. I am very pleased with how I was treated and how my issue was resolved quickly.

The technician came over and really didn't diagnose any issues. Saw it was working and left. So now if the problem occurs again I will have to Pay the deductible again
