P.G. Appliance Service came and fixed the microwave that didn't have no power at all. I filed the claim through the website and it was straightforward. Everything was understandable. I like the website. American Home Shield gave me a time window when the contractors would contact me and they were pretty swift with contacting me. These contractors came out twice. easy to use the services, quick response
We had a few issues with our appliances. Our dryer wasn’t spinning properly. The dryer drum had come off its track. CK Appliance came out and fixed a bearing on it to make it run properly. They got that working nicely. And then there was an issue with our washing machine. The valves for the water weren't working properly so it kept erroring out. Request service is easy. But the cost keeps going up every year
They are generally responsive but it took four times for them to get our refrigerator right.
The guy was good. We're in a condominium so it's a little tricky to get in and out. You really have to be guided and know where to go. He called me right away and said that he was outside. I then came down and kinda looked at his truck and told him what the clearance was on our gate. Then I led him down to a space he could park in and it worked out really good.
