Right away they take care of the problem
Our toilets weren't flushing and the guy said there wasn't enough water in our toilets and it was done. It was quick. This time, we didn't have any problems. We had a good experience.

My brother and sister said that once I get my house, I got to get American Home Shield. I wanted to do everything possible to make it easier on me, so I signed up with them. We had a plumbing issue in the kitchen sink. I called American Home Shield to file a claim and the process wasn’t difficult. J & M HCP was good. Everything was back to normal since they've been out. It's nice to have American Home Shield. Being a first-time homeowner, it's nice to have a backup.
American shield did a great job on both visit I had. One for my dryer and one for my toilet.
Their services and technicians are great.
I was having issues with my ceiling fan, house fan and exhaust fan. Professional Systems Design came and replaced them. I’ve been with American Home Shield since '91 and sometimes, the companies that come out are not that nice or reliable. Submitting a claim is easy but it’s hard to get a hold of AHS on the phone lately. You have to be on hold for a long time because of everything that has been going on.
