I like their Punctual and skilled experts.
I had my dishwasher repaired through American Home Shield and the process was very easy. The tech they sent was very prompt, quick and courteous. This has been my second claim since I became a member and I love how the process is hassle-free. I don't have to play phone tag. I love American Home Shield.
Because they are very nice and prompt. And answer anything i have to ask, they got the best people for the job.
They responded in a timely manner - we did not suffer from the heat for too long.
The heat pump wasn't working right. It was making noises. Home Shield sent out Service Mechanical and they were very good. The tech fixed everything. The heating works good. Home Shield always does what they say they will do. They get things fixed, they're prompt with their service, and they haven't gone up much in price.
We called American Home Shield over the phone to have our central air conditioning unit serviced and then they called the place that was gonna service it here locally. The date and time was then verified and we paid 100 for the deductible on the service. The unit may need coolant and they had noted on the recording on Home Shield that there would be a little fee. I've always had wonderful experiences with Home Shield. I normally call in to submit claims and it's easy to do. Recently, C Mayes Plumbing replaced the garbage disposal. I would highly recommend Home Shield. They're a pleasure to deal with.
