American Home Shield promised to replace our range, yet offered no options that fit in our kitchin (within our island that's not at all abnormal). When I asked for more options, I received no response. Update: after emailing, calling and waiting on hold for an hour, I got through to someone who managed to resolve the situation.

I was a customer of AHS and kept their policy for almost a year. I filed a couple of claims with them and in both cases I received prompt and good service. The only reason I switched from them was upon finding another company with much better rates.
