We called AHS and submitted a claim. The rep was helpful and fast. When the technicians came out for our AC, it was wonderful. They repaired it. So far, it's been great with American Home Shield.
Handled and solved very efficiently. They Did need to order and wait for a part to complete the repair. Response was very good. Their tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use them again.
The technician from Discount Contractors was good. He fixed my toilet. It has the one and two, and the technician said that when it was installed, they flipped the opposite. Two is actually one, and one is actually two. Being that, it was going down different when I pushed down one button and it had backed up some stuff.
My air conditioner wasn't blowing out cold air. So, Pete came and fixed it quickly. American Home Shield's claims process is pretty simple. I submit a claim, then they'll send me an email with the company that they're sending out for me, and then I click on the link and then go on their company and schedule my appointment. Great and Timely job! Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. I would recommend Air Boss AC to anyone requiring AC support. Technicians kept me informed every step of the way and explained to me what was going on in a clear way that was understandable to me.
I had a refrigerator that wasn't working. I did the claim online to American Home Shield and it was fairly simple. The technician who came out was very pleasant and professional. It ended up being an electrical power issue which isn't under contract and so, that's for me to resolve. But they accurately diagnosed the problem so it was helpful. I'm satisfied with AHS.
J & K Plumbing fixed my issue quickly but then after probably a few days, one of the toilets doing the same thing again, but I called American Home Shield and they sent their guys and then they fixed it. Now, it's working. I'm satisfied with Home Shield.
AHS has been great! The customer service has been wonderful, the technicians thst have had to come out have been professional and knowledgeable. All issues have been resolved quickly, anytime i have ever needed them.
The technician arrived on time, was professional, knew how to determine the source of the problem, and found and repaired it. The technician was very sensitive to the needs of my daughter who had to remain in the room.
