American home shield has been great for us! Each time we have required their assistance it has been quickly forthcoming. Repairs have been done on a timely, professional basis by excellent companies.

Lack of being able to speak to someone when there is an issue,
All servicemen were courteous and on time. My only complaint is that I have never been contacted by AHS regarding my oven pay-out.
