Getting service was easy, communication was good.
GOOD AND FAST SERVICE ALL THE TIME YOU CALL
Home Shield responded promptly to my call, had repairman on site first thing next morning. Couldn't ask for better service, big thankyou.
Air Conditioning fan went out with temps in the upper 80's. Called in to AHS. A technician was quickly assigned and the malfunction corrected with little fanfare. There is/was an older person in the home so this expedited service was much appreciated.
My problems are resolved quickly and easily. They are very responsive and cover a lot of my costs.

They were prompt. Had our air conditioning unit repaired fast.
Have had AHS since 2013. Every time we've needed service it is easy to schedule, the vendors are prompt, and AHS customer service has been wonderful.
