The guy from Ark La Flow Plumbing came in and I told him what was wrong. It didn't take him long to figure out what to do and he got it done pretty quickly. It was pretty easy. I love American Home Shield. Their service is great. Anything that happens, I can just give them a call or get online and within a day or two, somebody's out here to help out. Their claim process is pretty easy.
The guy was fine. He got the air conditioning issue fixed. So far, American Home Shield is good. I had them for years and I went with another company because there were a lot of things that American Home Shield didn't cover that I felt should’ve been covered. I was concerned about the efficiency of my older air conditioning unit so I called American home shield for a check up of the unit. The representative for the air-conditioning company was friendly yet professional and thorough and serviced the unit And showing me what he was doing along the way.
Whenever I would use the left sink in the kitchen, the water would run out of the piping underneath and the upstairs sink was clogged. I run a child care service here so I need both the sinks to be working properly. The woman at Home Shield who made the order said she had to note that I want something in the kitchen and something in the upstairs. United Services Appliance Repair was pretty quick with getting back to me and everything is fine. The garbage disposal is working now. I've had American Home Shield for about a year and I was thinking of switching. Whenever I called, the wait times are quite lengthy.
My feedback on the warranty program is that I appreciate the prompt and professional service, will use again if needed. I appreciate the technician wearing a mask in my home.
I went online to American Home Shield and did a service request for the AC system. It was easy and within a few hours, I had an email. They told me that they were gonna be calling me within a couple hours, and then they had Grady's Air Conditioning & Heating come and they did great. The upstairs unit wasn't working and they fixed my problem, so it helped a lot.
I called Home Shield back three times about my air condition. It kept going out. But the last guy came back and he fixed it. Then I called for my plumbing and that was excellent. The contractors told me what was going on. Both of them said the same thing. I got a filter and everything else, but the unit is still running. Home Shield is a great company. If you ever need something fixed in your house, all you have to do is just call them and they come. When they say they're coming, they're coming.
The problem got fixed when Queen Electric was here. However, it took three weeks longer than expected. They should not keep me on hold for so long when I have a problem. Other than that, it has all been a good experience every time with the contractors. Read your contract.
