2 issues first my refriderator was working then not working on and off your service guy said well that day it was working so he said can't do anything about it waste of 75.00 I went to Lowes and bought a new refrigerator / second I had service call for toilet and shower leaking guy fixed toilet in 10 minutes he saw that shower was leaking thru ceiling but said I should have cut a hole in my ceiling so he could see where exactly water was coming from so he did nothing
American Home Shield has been amazing. We've had our washing machine break, our heat also stop working this winter. American Home Shield had great customer service and things were fixed in a timely manner.

I've had 2 repairs under American Home Shield - one was fine, the other problematic and I'm still trying to resolve it.
