Almost all my interactions have been very good. They were easy to pay and fast to get someone out. Had difficulty with two but were both resolved in the end. I was out of a fridge for over two months which is a little absurd considering it was the first repair company that damaged my fridge beyond repair when it needed an easy fix. Then the amount I was reimbursed was not enough to get one of equal so I had to apply for a Lowe’s credit card to pay the $484 difference.
