It was easy to set up a service appointment online. I was, however, shocked that $100 was charged to send someone out.
They were on time. Installed the water heater and took the old one with them. Great people to work with

The service is wonderful but sometimes I wonder if it would make more sense to save the enrollment fee and $100 service fee and put that money into brand new appliances. My things are all 20 years old.
We have had a great experience with AHS over the years we have owned our house. They are quick, reliable and financially, it has worked out for us over time.

I've used them several times in the last year. I always got contacted quickly by the tradespeople who came here and fixed the problems. I've more than gotten my money's worth, especially calling for plumbers and electricians, both of which, even counting the $100 fee per call, would have cost more than the yearly cost of AHS.
