neutral, WHEN MY HOT WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED, MY FUSE BLEW, HAD IT REPLACED, AMERICAN HOME SHIELD ASSURED ME IT WAS NO CHARGE, BUT WHEN WHEN TECHNICIAN WAS TO RETURN TO SEE IF WATER HEATER WAS WORKING, HOME SHIED STATED I NEED TO PAY ANOTHER SERVICE CHARGE, THIS WAS VERY POOR SERVICE ON YOUR PART, NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO PAY A PORTION OF THE HOT WATER HEATER.
Used AHS for years. Satisfied with the services and repair coverage. The only thing is about the sudden price increase.

I had a problem with my dryer. I called American shield and within a few days they send a tech out and he diagnosed the problem. I had to get a part for it and within the next week it was installed. The tech was very professional and helpful.

Home Shield is good. But company they use for service is not I like. Company who fix my washer took more than a month and they do not work Satrday and Sunday. They work Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM. I work 9Am to 6PM. Also All State who has to fix My TV took more than a 7 Weeks to send me money. Keep asking same info 3 times a week. Not Good.
