When I ran any faucet or flush any toilet, it sounded like the pipes were moaning in my walls. I submitted a request online. The website was okay but it was kind of limiting. I wish that I could add more information to fully document everything. I was then alerted that the information was forwarded to United Air Temp and that they would be contacting me. I had an issue with the front panel of our heating unit. The Triton Pool techs were courteous and knowledgeable. They were honest people from a civilized business. The techs didn't come into our residence at all. They had masks and maintained social distancing. They ordered the needed part and it came in about a week. I'm gonna use their service from now on for when we open and close our pool coming in and out of season. So far, I like AHS's service. I'll probably end up renewing our contract with them again.
I filed an AC claim online and it was easy. Royal Air Conditioning and Heating came out and there was some confusion about one of the switch was off. The AC is running good now.
The capacitor in our AC had an issue and All Comfort Specialist came and checked it out. Then fixed it and they were in and out in less than an hour. Everything is working perfectly. It was really easy to get that claim started. The experience was phenomenal. We had another warranty company before and couldn't get anything out of them to fix anything. So, we're really happy with the response from American Home Shield on everything that they've done so far.
My AC wasn't cooling at all. I got online and the contractor contacted me. Everything worked pretty smoothly and the contractor was great. American Home Shield has been great too. They're responsive and I'm getting the service that I want.
I called American Home Shield to file a claim for a leak in my bathroom. I was very pleased with their rep. The contractor who came was very professional even though he said that was not his line of work. He was on time too. He couldn't fix it. I had a leak in my foundation, and he said he would let the company know, and someone will get back to me. No one ever called me back though.
Our refrigerator would still turn on but it wouldn't cool. I did the claim to American Home Shield over the internet and the website was super user-friendly. I was given a lead time and then they said that the contractor would call the day before that he was gonna come and let me know when he was gonna come out. My son and daughter-in-law have American Home Shield coverage and they told me about it. I looked online and they get some pretty bad reviews. But so far, I've had them out three times and I've been very happy. The last time I called them though, it took a long time to get an answer. They told me to leave my number and that they would call me back. Their reps did that. They were just really busy at the time. Joe Cools has always done wonderful work. They made repairs to my AC recently and they had replaced some major parts in the unit a year ago as well. They're there on time and they get it fixed. They do an excellent job, so I prefer that they come out and do my work. If I'm gonna request someone like them though, there's nowhere online that I can request it. I have to call American Home Shield on the phone and sometimes, it takes me two and a half hours to get through and that's the only complaint that I’ve ever had. I've had... read more
