Responsive, fast service. All repair service companies that they have assigned to make the repair have been professional, timely with appointments and have repaired all my home appliances in short-order.

I had Kitchen faucet issue. The technician came and he ordered new faucet thru Moen ( I am original owner of the house ) free of coast and then replaced it.

Customer service was hard to understand. The company who came to do repairs were Excellent
My husband is not handy, so I keep this going annually. It has helped me out on my washer and garage door opener. Only problem I have is the wait time for customer service, it can be so long, I actually dread calling. Other than that, they do what they say they are going to do.
Because of timely and efficient service. Ease of scheduling online.

I have enjoyed AHS. It gives me peace of mind that if covered appliances, ductwork, plumbing goes wrong - I am COVERED! My only complaint is that I can't bundle issues. Only have the option to report separately.

The monthly $$ is too costly and the fee for service is as well...and at times it takes too long to get a response from a service company.
