Got here early, found the problem, referred us back to AHS for a Plumber, AHS responded right away and we have a plumber coming on Friday. Very satisfied with the experience thus far!

I have been using Home Shield for over 14 years now. Most of the time, the company's they choose to come to your house are great! Other times I have had to reach out to the company myself, to get them to schedule me an appointment.
My problem was handled without complications from AHS. I had to have the techs return a couple times and AHS gave me no trouble in allowing that to totally fix the problem.

For me it was great. The only drawback was that the plumber refused to actually do the job (he did great work, I might add) until he knew he was going to be paid.
