Heat Pump fixed first try. Sears had been working on it for 2 1/2 years, and it still wasn't fixed.

When I first called to start the process for my fridge/freezer that quite cooling, the representative told me my Avanti appliance was not covered. He was rude and had very poor English. I was not thrilled. A few days later, I called back again and had a very informative and professional representative. He confirmed my appliance was covered and from that point, I was very pleased with the professionalism and service from AHS. The part finally came in the other day and we now have our appliance in working order.

Service is good. Price getting too high.
