American home shield responded quickly to my claim needs. They need to improve the quality contractors they send out. I had one company awesome but another one very unprofessional
The process has been very easy thebpast year. I did have a problem with a company that was sent last year. This year I had the same issue, thankfully another company came out and found the source.
