It’s nice to have the home warranty, but when something goes wrong and you have to speak to someone, it’s always a foreigner that doesn’t articulate the English language well. That makes it difficult when your trying to explain or receive info. Also, the majority of the companies that are contracted have very bad or low reviews. When parts are needed, the contractors have to constantly get approval which extends the time it takes to fix things.

Frustrated. Between AHS and myself have spent probably close to $2000 on a $600 washing machine. Guess what? It's broke again. Took nearly 3 months and 4 repair visits to get it to work 2 weeks.
