Wright Appliance Service was sent out for our claim. It's going okay but they haven’t finished the job yet. There's a broken spring at a little old piece on the door. They said they had to order a couple of pieces and they would return when they get those and make the fix. It's been a week and a half now. I presume it's gonna take a couple of weeks to get the part. But I’m satisfied with the way they’re doing things. American Home Shield is okay too.
The communication was clear and they finished the job quickly and efficiently! Very helpful and explained what they were doing.
My air conditioning unit was making some very loud sounds, so I made a claim online to have someone come look at it and see what was wrong. I made the claim in the afternoon and got the information that the claim had been made and then that night, I had gotten a call. The guy came out the next day and it was fine. The guy from the first company that American Home Shield sent told me he would have to get parts and he left. I got a message from American Home Shield that it was closed. So, I called him to check the status and the guy at that company said it was from us closing our freezer door too hard and something broke. So, I told him, “That's impossible.” They sent someone else out, which was Integrity, and their person looked at the issue and fixed it. American Home Shield is very responsive and quick. I've used them for three different services and everything has been smooth. Someone gets back with me right away and the coverage has been great. There hasn't been any discrepancies with anything. When I put in the service order for my AC, I had a choice to pick one of the two companies. There was Total Air Care who had come out to my house before and I had been pleased. Then there was another company that came out last year, too. Service was good but the wait to connect to a representative is TOO LONG! Need to have a better system to answer calls of service. Also our repair was not finish so I had to call again and again.
In general terms I am very happy with the A/C and electric service. Not that happy with the pool company, they came two times and the problem was not solved
I like having AHS. I had to call them a few times and I've never had a problem with them. Recently, the upstairs air went out and AHS sent out the guy from Hospitality Heating and Air. He was very efficient, got here quickly, and resolved the problem. He did a good job and the AC is still working until now.
We were having issues with toilet flushing and backup of poopy looking water in the shower. Every time I saw that happen, I would turn on all the water in all of the house and everything would start working again. But after a couple times, it was clearly not getting fixed. So, we called AHS to submit a claim and the tech they sent out told us that our pipe was a size where their large auger would probably damage the pipe.
